SBA dumps popular 'fast-cash' loan pool
RALEIGH – A “fast-cash” lending program that has been one of the most popular offerings of the U.S. Small Business Administration in North Carolina has been scrapped, apparently because of concerns over rising defaults.
Set up a decade ago as a pilot program, SBA’s Community Express offered quick micro infusions, generally ranging from $5,000 to $50,000, into cash-starved women- and minority-owned companies. Loans up to $25,000 often didn’t require any collateral.
Among North Carolina’s top Community Express loan writers was Walnut, Calif.

What that means is that there was no water in the pool as of the end of last week. Missing said the district installed new starters Friday afternoon, and that Willow Stream may open before Saturday if they can get the pool filled fast enough.
FAST's Katie Hoff whipped up a meet and pool record in the women's 200 free with a 1:58.08 for the win. That performance clipped the 1:58.80 set by Kate Ziegler back in 2007, but was short of Hoff's 18th-ranked season best of 1:57.97 from March.

You simply inflate the top ring and then fill the pool with water, and the top ring floats on top of the water, raising the walls of the pool. The pool has to be set up on level ground or it will become lopsided and risk to break and fill your garden with water. The setup time is approximately 15 minutes, and then you'll have to wait a few hours until it's fully filled. The Bestway 12-Foot-by-36-Inch Pool Set comes with a 330 gallon filter pump, which makes this pool ready to use straight out of the box. A handy repair kit is also included, aswell as a DVD with setup instructions. The pool measures 12 Foot across, and the maximum water depth is 36 inches.

It's not a huge pool, but can fit 3 adults or 5-6 kids, depending on age and size of course. I like how it's a fast set pool, and that all you need to enjoy it comes straight out of the box. I do however wish, that they would have included an additional filter and maybe a ground cloth as well. The 3 layer PVC makes this pool a very durable one, and it's very unlikely that you will have any need for the repair kit. To empty this Bestway 12 foot pool , you just connect your garden hose to the drain valve, and find a spot in your garden that needs watering.
