Everyday with Rachel Ray calls it "…one of the country's great indie music festivals." From 2005-2010, ATHFest has been included in the "TOP 20 Events" by the Southeast Tourism Society. The festival will be held rain or shine.
Tickets are limited and can be purchased online at downtownalbany.org or by calling (518) 465-2143 x16. The exhibit is underwritten in part by a grant from The Bender Family Foundation and funding from The Swyer Companies and Rachel Ray.

Did you watch Richard Lustig on The Rachael Ray Show this morning?
They passed out 125 scratch-off tickets (they appeared to be the size of $2 tickets) and 17 people, including Lustig, won. Only one, a $30 winner, was more than $20.
One of three tips he offered was to buy 10 of one ticket instead of several different tickets. He says you will almost always get at least one winning ticket out of a string of 10.
By his method there should have been at least 12 winners out of the tickets distributed on the show. Using his method, he says, the tickets on the show exceeded expectations.
I have certain tickets I like. I would rather buy one or two of each and then buy more of the ones that didn’t win.
I once bought seven different tickets and every one of them won. The other day I bought five different tickets and each was a winner.
Another tip was to never play Quick Picks. He says it increases your odds of winning to pick your numbers and stay with them.
Well, I agree with him on that. However, I also play Quick Picks.
So far in April, there have been 50 jackpot winners in Fantasy 5. All but seven were Quick Picks, including a $101,750.29 winner Monday night bought at the Publix at 2400 S. Ridgewood Ave., South Daytona.
A couple have even been free Quick Picks, including one that won Tuesday night’s $207,174.55 jackpot. It was obtained at a Publix in New Port Richey.
Finally, he advises to save you losing tickets to offset winning tickets when you file your taxes.
I’ve been told that if you claim only the prizes on a W2-G from the Florida Lottery and then claim a ton of losing tickets, you are setting yourself up for an audit. There has to be other winning tickets among the ones you buy and if you don’t keep records and claim other winners, the IRS knows what you are doing.

If he gave out 125 tickets and the avg $2 ticket wins about 1: 4.3 to 1: 4.5, he should have had at least 27 winners. The fact that he only cashed in 17 and he still fooled you into thinking his results were good is hilarious,as is this entire article. Keep scratching suckers!
Gary, you are a fool. There is nothing in the universe that makes it possible that out of a random selection of 36 items, that each one will be selected at least once in 36 trys if all items are returned to the pool after each try. Staticstics DESCRIBES the event as a 1:36 chance you will pick a certain one. That doesn’t mean that each one will be picked within 36 trys.
